I have struggled getting back into the grove this week after my recent trip to Utah, which has a two hour time difference than where I live in Florida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wish I would have thought of these pre-planning tips before my trip because I’m finding it difficult to catch up on things. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have learned my lesson and I’m definitely going to put this routine into practice for my next trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
