Hey friend!

I’m Lisa.

Home organizer and habits coach for Christian ADHD moms who feel like they’re constantly trying to keep their heads above water.

There was a time when every day felt heavy. I woke up already tired, and by the end of the day, I was completely drained — touched out, irritable, and frustrated with myself for not being more “on top of things.”

My house felt like chaos, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t keep up. I loved my family deeply, but motherhood felt so much harder than I imagined it would be.

I knew God had called me to be a mom, but I didn’t feel like I was doing it well. I was overwhelmed, disorganized, and honestly — I just wanted to feel good.

A little about my story

WHY I STARTED DECLUTTERING

In 2013, life hit hard. I lost both of my parents to poor health and had my third baby in between those losses. I was grieving, exhausted, and trying to hold things together with a newborn, a two-year-old, and a four-year-old. My house was a disaster, and honestly — so was I.

I didn’t have anyone showing me how to manage it all. This was before minimalism became mainstream, Instagram organizing influencers, and podcast coaches. I just knew something had to change.

So, I started decluttering. I filled up donation bags, cleared out closets, and let go of things I never thought I could part with. And honestly — it felt amazing. For the first time in a long time, I could breathe. Having less to manage gave me space to think and a little taste of peace in my home.

Decluttering wasn’t enough

THERE WAS MORE TO IT

But after a while, that peaceful feeling started to fade. Even with fewer things, my house still got messy. Piles formed again, dishes still sat in the sink, and I found myself back in the same cycle of frustration.

That’s when it hit me — my problem wasn’t just too much stuff. I needed better systems and daily habits to help me keep up.

It started with one small habit — clearing my kitchen sink every night so I could support my tomorrow’s self. I had to start treating myself like my own best friend and asking myself what I can do today to set myself up for a better tomorrow.

That one daily habit has since multiplied, and now I coach other women to do the same.

WHAT I DO NOW

That personal transformation led me to what I do today.

Now, I help other women — especially Christian moms with ADHD — create peace and order in their homes through small, sustainable changes that actually stick.

I walk my clients through a three-part process:

  1. Decluttering and downsizing the inventory they have to manage.

  2. Getting clarity over their home management systems — what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.

  3. Practicing those systems with accountability until they become second nature.
